Traditionally Outbound programs have always been about going away from your comfort zone and doing things that you have never done before to know how far you can stretch. While in its essence even today it does remain about individual stretches, a highly interdependent work culture has created work place dynamics of a completely different nature.
Today, while an individual still needs to stretch his own boundaries, a lot of these stretches are related not just the personal but more in the interpersonal space. How do a group of people approach problems and work together is more challenging than the competence of individual team members.
